1. No Returns
We do not accept returns for any purchase because we only sell digital downloadable products.
No physical items are shipped, so a return is not applicable.
2. Refund Policy
Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are final.
Once the order is completed and the files are downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.
However, a refund may be considered ONLY if:
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake, or
- The file is corrupted or not working, and you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 4–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled after payment is completed because delivery is instant.
- If you made a duplicate payment or ordered the same item twice, contact us immediately for support.
